Pro Weed 710

Powerful petrol weed cleaner with nylon and metal brushes for effectively cutting tough weeds on tiles, pavements, and large paved areas.

Description

If you have large paved areas where weeds persistently grow, the TEXAS Pro Weed 710 petrol weed cleaner is the perfect solution for you. This powerful petrol-driven cleaner features nine highly efficient brushes made from nylon and metal, making it easy to remove even tough weeds and grass. With a working width of up to 70 cm, you can quickly and thoroughly clean even large areas.

The Pro Weed 710 is designed for user-friendliness, featuring an adjustable T-shaped handlebar. You can raise or lower the handlebar to match your preferred working height, ensuring an ergonomic posture while operating the petrol weed cleaner. This reduces strain on your back and shoulders, making it significantly easier and more comfortable to clean large paved areas with the Pro Weed 710 from TEXAS.

The Pro Weed 710 is powered by a robust 173 cc TEXAS 4-stroke engine that efficiently drives the brush head with its nine brushes. As the brushes wear down during use, you can easily lower the brush head to maintain optimal performance.

The machine is equipped with a protective guard on the left side, which captures most of the debris that the powerful brushes may fling. The protective guard can also be raised as the brushes wear down, ensuring that the rubber cover doesn?t drag on the tiles.

The two large 14? wheels feature ball bearings, making the Pro Weed 710 relatively easy to push and manoeuvre across various terrains, despite its weight of 42 kg. The engine is protected by a large plastic cover, shielding it from dirt and debris that may be flung up during use.

The brushes are strong, and the metal components can leave marks on tiles. Therefore, we recommend testing the machine in an inconspicuous area first or avoiding its use on delicate tiled surfaces.

Always wear safety equipment such as protective goggles and sturdy footwear when operating the Pro Weed 710. The brushes rotate at high speeds, which may cause debris to be ejected in all directions, even though most are captured by the protective guard.

For safety, maintain a 15-meter distance from other people, cars, animals, windows, and similar objects. Clear the working area of stones and hard objects to avoid risks associated with them being flung by the machine.

The brushes work effectively over flat surfaces, cutting through even large weeds. However, roots will remain in the ground. On uneven surfaces, such as cobblestones, effectiveness may be reduced. For the best results, use the machine on level areas.

A video demonstrating usage can be found below.

The machine is supplied without oil.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.

Since the brushes are partially made of metal, sparks may occur when the brushes are new. This will gradually decrease with use.
