The TEXAS TX611TG gas-powered garden tiller is a highly powerful tiller with reverse gear, designed to handle several hours of work when cultivating soil in even the largest vegetable gardens. The reverse gear is part of the unique Dual-Shaft system, where two shafts extend from the engine, providing a dedicated reverse gear that is more robust and causes less wear on gears compared to single-shaft tillers.

The TX611TG offers three different working widths: with only the inner blades installed, the width is 30 cm; with additional blade sets, it reaches 55 cm, and with all blade sets, it expands to 85 cm. This flexibility allows you to maneuver in tight spaces and cover wide areas. With a working depth of up to 33 cm, this powerful gas-powered tiller is one of TEXAS' top models, capable of penetrating deeply into the soil.

The TX611TG is equipped with a 212 cc engine, providing powerful performance and two gears - one forward and one reverse - making it easy to manoeuvre. The TX series operates at 110 RPM, fewer than the Lilli series, offering a smoother working flow that enhances control during operation.

Built on a sturdy frame, this robust machine weighs 56.5 kg, providing excellent stability during use. The reverse gear further enhances manoeuvrability, allowing you to free the tiller if it digs into the ground. Additionally, the TX611TG includes wide protective guards, ensuring the blades remain covered, even at the mid-width setting.

The tiller is equipped with both depth skid and transport wheels, which can be easily adjusted via a foot pedal when raising or lowering them. The rear-mounted, sturdy transport wheels make it easy to roll the tiller by tipping the fixed handlebar.

The handlebar includes ergonomic grips for a comfortable experience while operating the tiller. With integrated throttle control and forward-reverse functions, the tiller is easy to operate. The TX611TG is also equipped with a bumper, which doubles as a lifting handle for added convenience.

The machine is supplied without oil.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.

1 | Ensure the soil is not too wet when tilling, as this will only create large soil clumps.

2 | Till the soil sufficiently, but not excessively. Soil clumps should be about the size of a walnut and at least the size of a pea, providing ideal porosity for plants.

3 | You can till in dry, hard soil, but this may require passing over the soil twice.

4 | Check the weather forecast; if frost is expected, wait before tilling.

5 | Use safety equipment, as a garden tiller is a powerful machine, and in case of accidents, it's best to be adequately protected.
