The FRX2020 from TEXAS is a robust battery-powered garden tiller, powered by two 20V batteries. This battery tiller is ideal for larger soil beds, herb gardens, or small kitchen gardens, and in both appearance and working width, it resembles a petrol-powered garden tiller.

The FRX2020 is equipped with an 800W brushless motor, driving 16 blades with a working depth of up to 26 cm and a working width of 40 cm. This allows you to cover a wide area and dig deep into the soil to mix nutrients effectively. Weighing 25 kg, it is lighter than comparable petrol tillers, and as a battery-powered tiller, it offers easy maintenance and operation. Simply insert two batteries, and you're ready to start working.

The tiller features two forward speeds at 100 and 130 rpm, allowing you to adjust the speed based on the task, whether tilling or using one of the various attachment options. Additionally, the FRX2020 includes a convenient reverse gear, enabling you to move backward effortlessly rather than dragging the machine if it becomes stuck.

The FRX2020 also comes with a combined depth skid and transport wheels that can be switched based on whether you're tilling or transporting the garden tiller. The transport wheels are solid and rear-facing, allowing you to easily tip down the fixed handlebar and roll the tiller around.

With the FRX2020, you get a user-friendly battery tiller requiring minimal maintenance. This makes manual soil turning a thing of the past, allowing you to enjoy gardening with this quiet battery-powered tiller, while providing optimal growing conditions for your plants.

Using either two 4.0 Ah or 5.0 Ah batteries, the FRX2020 provides an active work time of approximately 20 to 25 minutes, although this may vary based on conditions and battery age.

Two 20V batteries are required for full power. It supports batteries of 2.0 Ah, 4.0 Ah, or 5.0 Ah. Due to the machine's high performance and energy consumption, we recommend a minimum of 4.0 Ah batteries. Although two 20V batteries of different capacities can be used, such as one 2.0 Ah and one 4.0 Ah, the machine will stop once one battery is drained. The machine cannot operate if one battery is removed or nearly depleted.

There are three different 20V batteries, all equipped with lithium cells: a 2.0 Ah battery, a 4.0 Ah battery, and a 5.0 Ah battery, as well as a quick charger and a double quick charger that can fully charge one or two batteries in 60, 120, or 150 minutes, respectively. Note that TEXAS's 20V batteries can only be used with machines in our 20V battery series.

Battery and charger are NOT included and must be purchased separately.

1 | Ensure the soil is not too wet when tilling, as this will only create large soil clumps.

2 | Till the soil sufficiently, but not excessively. Soil clumps should be about the size of a walnut and at least the size of a pea, providing ideal porosity for plants.

3 | You can till in dry, hard soil, but this may require passing over the soil twice.

4 | Check the weather forecast; if frost is expected, wait before tilling.

5 | Use safety equipment, as a garden tiller is a powerful machine, and in case of accidents, it's best to be adequately protected.
