Multi Cut 580TG
Efficient self-propelled grass cutter from TEXAS, making it easy to tackle the tough task of cutting tall, dense grass over large areas.
Description
The Multi Cut 580TG is a powerful TEXAS grass cutter designed to effortlessly clear even large areas of tall and wild grass. Powered by a robust 224 cc 4-stroke engine, it efficiently cuts through dense grass while the sturdy 13" rear wheels with tractor tread drive the machine forward. This self-propelled grass cutter features two speeds, allowing you to adjust the pace to suit the terrain and your preferences.
The fixed blade beneath the large cutting deck offers a working width of 58 cm and operates at 2,050 RPM, capable of cutting weed stems up to 1 cm thick. The Multi Cut 580TG's cutting height is adjustable from 40 to 90 mm, making it ideal for managing even the most overgrown areas. For challenging terrain and dense grass, the front wheel can be replaced with a skid bar to allow smoother forward movement.
Product details
The TEXAS Multi Cut 580TG's powerful engine drives both the blade and the self-propelled wheels. Its solid, airless wheels prevent punctures during operation. Weighing 60 kg, this grass cutter is both robust and stable, with adjustable forward speeds of 1.8 km/h and 3.0 km/h.
The cutting height can be easily adjusted via the swivelling front wheel or skid bar, depending on how short you want the grass. Additionally, the adjustable handlebar ensures a comfortable working position.
The large, durable cutting deck shields you from grass clippings during operation. The machine can also handle slopes of up to 20°, but this should ONLY be done for brief periods to protect the engine.
Please note
The machine is supplied without oil.
TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.
