The Razor 5111WS is an easy-to-start lawn mower. To start the engine, press the red primer button three to five times, hold down the start bar, and pull the recoil cord to power up the motor. The machine is supplied without oil.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 gasoline (also called E5) for all our gasoline engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 gasoline (E10).

This recommendation is due to changes from January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 gasoline (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting issues.
